2. Usage. The Artist grants permission to download and print the Artwork from the Archive FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial publication of Artwork, in any format, whole or in part, is permitted without the express written consent of the Artist. The Artist grants permission to publicly display Artwork on a website, only as long as the Artist is given due credit as the creator of the Artwork. If displayed on a website, a link to the Archive (http://www.arcane-marks.com/faces.html) and/or to the Artist's main website, located at http://www.talonart.com must be provided along with the Artwork. Furthermore, the Artist must be informed of any such display so that he may view and approve the usage.
3. Alteration. The Artist grants permission to alter the artwork, including cropping, re-sizing and colorization, as long as such alteration does not violate any section of the Terms Of Use.
4. Violation. The Artist reserves the right to withdraw any permission granted in this Terms Of Use for any reason. Upon request from the Artist, any public display of Artwork must be removed immediately. Furthermore, violation of the Terms Of Use may result in immediate legal action.
5. Disclaimer. Neither the Artist, the publishers, nor the host servers of the Archive, Arcane-Marks.com or any other related websites or publications may be held responsible for any illegal use of Artwork or use of Artwork in illegal activities by third parties or other unrelated persons. The Archive and Artwork are subject to the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America.
